At The Outward Bound Trust we believe that excellent leadership skills are essential at all levels within an organisation, and that these skills can be learned and developed - given the right training approach.
Our development courses are tried and trusted, blending latest thinking with established leadership models and then bringing theory to life through real, challenging situations. With expert facilitation our aim is to build greater self awareness, an ability to analyse and understand how individual leadership approaches impact on others, and create pathways for self development and positive change.
Every leadership programme is bespoke and a Course Director will work with you to ensure that we design your programme to target your specific aims.
