Chala Halsey, Senior Instructor, Aberdovey
Before coming to Outward Bound I was a student at Bicton College where I spent three years studying to become an outdoor instructor. I did my first season in France with Acorn Adventure, then I spent three years working in cold and midgey Scotland which was a great learning experience in my outdoor career. I then worked as a freelancer in the south before moving to Aberdovey 5 years ago. Since then I have ran courses at all the UK based Outward Bound centres and have spent three months on work placement at Outward Bound Hong Kong.
