How we help young people
We support young people between the ages of 13 and 24, who live in Lancashire. Both able-bodied and those with special needs are eligible to be nominated for an Outward Bound® course and receive the assistance of the association. Many go as individuals, but an idea pioneered in Lancashire is the organisation of groups of students with special needs who are integrated with able-bodied young people from their own community.

The 100 Club
Why not join the Lancashire Outward Bound® Association's 100 Club and help us to achieve our objective, which is to provide an Outward Bound® course for deserving young people in Lancashire. The '100' Club is made up of donations, 50% of which is given away as prizes, with 50% going to support young people. There is a monthly draw, with a special draw that takes place each December. The cost is just £2 per month and it is simple to join, all you have to do is contact Steve Whitehead, who will send you an application form and you can pay yearly or by direct debit/Standing Order.
